The property was located in a busy residential area, giving a genuine feel of the local culture. The house was also conveniently located near cute restaurants and bars, and a short Uber ride from the city center.

The noise from the nearby road was easily heard in the front half of the house. Additionally, there seemed to be some issues with the hot water and infrastructure in the area.
